We Kindly Request

Cancellation Policy

We understand emergencies happen, however if possible we appreciate at least 24 hours notice in case of a cancellation. You can contact your stylist directly or contact the salon to let us know if something comes up. With timely notices, we are sometimes able to fill a spot that would otherwise be wasted time. Thank you for your cooperation!

Services Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your service please contact the salon immediately. We allow 1 week after receiving your service for a complimentary redo. After one week has passed we will charge full price of the service you will receive. Any and all redo appointments must be made with the stylist you received the initial service from.
Southern Bliss Salon does not offer refunds on any hair services.

Gratuities

Our pricing does not include gratuities. Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. If you feel that your stylist did an excellent job, we encourage you to let them know!

Service Pricing

Our pricing varies on a per stylist basis. Every Southern Bliss stylist sets their own pricing based upon their level of education, experience, skill, and many other factors. We offer a pricing scale per service type under our services section.
